Customized Training Programs

Customized training programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of government agencies, local authorities, and international organizations sponsoring the training activities. The training topics, learning design, selection of speakers/facilitators, and participants align with the vision and programs of the sponsoring institution.

An example of a customized training program is the Cooperative Savings and Loan Unit (USP) Data Collection Training, which was conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. This training was designed for USP Data Verification Officers from Surveyor Indonesia and Cooperative Service offices across Indonesia, with over 2,500 participants. The program ran from September 25, 2024, to November 3, 2024.

The training was conducted using a hybrid approach, combining in-person sessions in Jakarta, Semarang, Malang, and Riau, with online training components. This program was specifically designed to meet the Ministry’s program requirements, enhance participant capacity, and ensure high-quality field verification to assess whether Cooperative USPs are closed or open. The goal was to evaluate 50,000 Cooperatives within a two-month timeframe.

The success of this large-scale, extended-duration training program demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality training that meets participants’ needs. Post-training, we monitor and evaluate the performance of field verifiers as part of our assessment of the training’s outcomes and impact.
